The outlined checkmark indicates that the filing location is selected or automatically pre-selected (for example, when replying or forwarding a message).
The blue checkmark indicates that the item is successfully filed in NetDocuments. You can check the About option in the app to confirm the version you're on. If you're on version 1.2 you need to remove and re-add the ndMail for Office 365 Office Add-in using this new manifest URL: (this is also in our documentation now). This is different from previous updates and is a rare situation that shouldn't happen often in the future either.
